Own the commercial strategy for Contentstack’s Content Cloud product line, including positioning, packaging, launches, pricing, competitive strategy, buyer narratives, and field readiness. Drive renewal and expansion across the installed base, lead competitive intelligence and enterprise deal support, measure launch adoption, represent the company in market-facing activities, and mentor product marketing colleagues. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, customers, analysts, and executives.

Manage a $5M+ ARR portfolio of 20–25 enterprise accounts, developing success plans, driving adoption, retention, executive engagement, renewals, and expansion. Lead business reviews and workshops, identify churn risks, forecast retention, negotiate upsells, advise on Contentstack implementations, mentor CSMs, use AI and customer-success tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and commercial growth.
