Leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, testing, and delivering spacecraft zero-gravity propellant management and propulsion components. Owns product scope, technical plans, risks, costs, schedules, requirements, verification, and customer interfaces. Manages employee hiring, development, performance, and team culture while coordinating with operations, supply chain, and vehicle teams. Requires deep aerospace propulsion expertise, project management experience, and technical leadership across the full product lifecycle.

Conduct thermal and fluids analysis for lunar lander systems across design, build, test, and integration. Develop and validate CFD thermo-fluid models for cryogenic propellants, perform system-level trade studies, assess engine interface impacts, analyze output data, and present technical findings. Document analysis results in Windchill to support engineering decisions and collaborate with subsystem, vehicle, business unit, and customer stakeholders.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, hardware status, production, testing campaigns, and performance reporting for spacecraft propellant-management projects. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business, and NASA stakeholders; maintain integrated master schedules and analytics; support program reviews and deliverables; and ensure timely product delivery. The role requires aerospace or project-management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with project, collaboration, and reporting tools.

Supports ownership, design integration, verification, supplier coordination, and manufacturing execution for cryogenic propellant management hardware. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA reviews, translating requirements into fabrication and assembly processes, developing work instructions and inspection plans, troubleshooting shop-floor nonconformances, supporting root cause analysis and MRB dispositions, evaluating manufacturing methods, and contributing to FMEAs, validation, quality compliance, and cost reduction for aerospace fluid systems.

Owns cryogenic liquid subsystem hardware from requirements and conceptual design through detailed design, manufacturing, integration, verification, certification, and operation. Provides technical leadership, performs cryogenic system trades, controls technical baselines, releases drawings, supports manufacturing, manages procurements and dependencies, and leads internal and supplier development efforts for lunar spacecraft systems.

Owns cryogenic propellant management hardware throughout its lifecycle, including requirements, design, analysis, procurement, manufacturing, testing, integration, verification, and operation. Provides technical oversight, leads trade studies and development meetings, supports suppliers, releases drawings, and delivers hardware for Blue Origin lunar vehicles. Requires expertise in cryogenic fluids, aerospace systems, fluid and gas components, and human-rated spaceflight environments.

Design and release Creo models, assemblies, weldments, and drawings for cryogenic propellant management hardware used in lunar landers. Support requirements, component ownership, trade studies, analysis, verification, supplier coordination, procurement tracking, manufacturing, integration, and design reviews. Apply GD&T, MBD, PMI, configuration management, and drafting standards while developing manufacturable deliverables for valves, manifolds, tubing, pressure vessels, and support structures.

Creates and maintains detailed 3D CAD models, part, assembly, and installation drawings for spacecraft cryogenic fluids and propulsion structures. Uses Creo and Windchill to manage configuration-controlled designs, engineering changes, interface documents, bills of materials, and model-based releases. Applies GD&T, performs tolerance checks and drawing reviews, supports first-article inspections and production troubleshooting, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve fabrication issues.

Design, develop, integrate, and operate software for Mars telecommunications ground systems. Responsibilities include implementing Delay Tolerant Networking, customer data routing, external APIs, CCSDS-compliant interfaces, automated and integration testing, performance tuning, architecture documentation, stakeholder integration, and operational handoff. The role also involves translating mission requirements into software solutions and mentoring peers on scalable, reliable, maintainable engineering practices.

Lead New Glenn range safety compliance activities for ground operations, maintaining regulatory compliance products and coordinating with US Space Force partners. Plan and deliver complex technical products across multiple subject areas, communicate results, manage resources, and support large-scale aerospace program operations.
