Design, develop, and test GNC hardware for a multi-orbit satellite constellation. Designs and executes mechanical and structural tests for New Glenn hardware: authors test plans/procedures/reports, develops special test and ground support equipment, configures instrumentation and data acquisition, conducts explosive/shock/vibration/thermal/humidity/vacuum tests, assembles hardware, analyzes results, mitigates risks, coordinates suppliers, leads readiness reviews, and mentors technicians and engineers.

Perform production testing and acceptance of ordnance-actuated mechanical separation systems: manage work orders, procure materials, configure test setups, execute pyrotechnic/high-pressure tests, coordinate manufacturing, maintain test equipment, and deliver test data while ensuring strict safety and quality.
