Conversion role for interns to join as Test Engineer I. Support rapid development programs, perform hands-on test activities, collaborate across teams, document results, and work independently with strong communication and continuous-learning focus.

Design and analyze spacecraft motion control and actuation systems and moving mechanisms (bearings, gears, motors). Produce documentation and vendor specifications, support assembly and environmental testing, review test data, and recommend design or process changes for high-reliability aerospace applications.

Lead definition, design, and delivery of production-ready automated manufacturing systems. Engage stakeholders, develop simulations and cost/schedule estimates, drive supplier selection, and own projects through commissioning while guiding product design for manufacturability.

Lead development of enterprise human factors standards and provide program-level human factors expertise. Create standards, handbooks, training, and AI tool support; perform task/human error analyses, anthropometric and ergonomic evaluations, human-in-the-loop test support, verification planning, and collaborate with systems and design teams to integrate human-centered design across aerospace programs.

Lead definition and management of vehicle requirements, design parameters, and technical performance for a lunar lander. Own specification/product trees, configuration/change control, ICDs, traceability, and compliance. Coordinate across integrated product teams, assess design trades against budgets, approve changes, and report metrics and issues to program leadership.

Design, analyze, develop, and verify guidance, navigation, and control (GN&C) software for spaceflight. Perform system analyses and Monte Carlo simulations, improve human-rated GN&C capability and reliability, and support simulation, mission design, trajectory optimization, and system testing across hardware-in-the-loop and flight-test activities.

Lead design and integration of perception algorithms and sensor fusion for autonomous navigation, targeting, and situational awareness. Define perception architecture and strategy, drive object detection/tracking/classification and real-time implementations, support HITL/SITL and flight testing, mentor engineers, and coordinate with GN&C, avionics, and systems teams to validate performance for on-orbit and national security missions.

Lead and mentor a flight software team to architect, design, and deliver high-reliability embedded C/C++ flight software. Define architecture and coding standards, perform design/code reviews, support HIL/SIL integration and testing, mitigate technical risks, collaborate with systems/GNC/avionics, and contribute to proposals and technical documentation for mission-critical space systems.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead the development and management of infrastructure and automation pipelines for the Lunar Ground Software team, ensuring system reliability and compliance with standards, while mentoring team members and collaborating across functions.

Manage supply chain processes, oversee supplier relationships, ensure compliance, execute material programs, and drive project performance within budget and schedule constraints.
