Creates, maintains, and releases CAD models and engineering data for spacecraft fluid parts, tubing, fittings, assemblies, and installations. Develops layouts and detail designs using Creo Parametric and Windchill, applies GD&T and tolerance analysis, manages large assemblies and BOMs, coordinates fluid hardware placement with subsystem teams, and reviews designs for engineering and manufacturing standards. The role supports the Blue Moon lunar vehicle while balancing cost, schedule, performance, and manufacturability.

Lead design, delivery, and commissioning of production-ready automated manufacturing systems. Define requirements with customers, develop simulations and cost/time models, drive conceptual and detailed designs, manage project scope/schedule/budget, support procurement, and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable automation.

Lead mechanical design and delivery of custom automated manufacturing equipment from concept through commissioning. Design robotic end-of-arm tooling, material handling, fixtures, frames, safety guarding, and production cells; apply mechanics and kinematics, integrate mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems, troubleshoot during installation, and produce documentation, BOMs, and assembly procedures.
