Creates and releases CAD layouts, detail and assembly drawings, MBD datasets, and PLM data for lunar lander mechanical systems. Supports fluid component and tube-routing design, reviews drawings against standards, manages CAD assemblies and BOMs, and applies GD&T, manufacturing, materials, and design-for-manufacturability practices. Establishes program baselines, business rhythms, performance reporting, and recovery plans while coordinating engineering, finance, supply chain, legal, and other functional teams. Manages contractual data requirements, proposal efforts, program execution, and customer relationships from pre-solicitation through launch, delivery, and operations.

Lead human factors engineering for crewed lunar vehicles, from requirements development through verification. Conduct task and human error analyses, anthropometric and ergonomic evaluations, and human-in-the-loop testing in safety-critical environments. Develop verification strategies, influence system architecture, collaborate with NASA’s Astronaut Office and internal engineering teams, and translate human factors findings into actionable design direction supporting crew safety, operability, and certification.

Supports systems engineering for Blue Origin’s New Glenn Stage 2 fluids subsystem. Develops CONOPS, requirements, verification strategies, operational constraints, safety analyses, and gated reviews. Coordinates hardware, software, testing, launch operations, and stakeholder interfaces. Provides real-time anomaly resolution during integrated testing and launches while ensuring safe, reliable subsystem operation.

Designs, deploys, secures, automates, monitors, and maintains multi-vendor network infrastructure supporting Blue Origin mission operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities include establishing standardized network designs, developing automation frameworks, configuring network devices, resolving performance issues through root-cause analysis, and managing capacity and infrastructure lifecycles across enterprise and industrial environments.

Develop and validate spacecraft structural loads for Blue Origin’s lunar Transfer Stage. Responsibilities include finite element model development, rigid and flexible body dynamics, launch, docking, and landing simulations, test data interpretation, loads integration, configuration development, and trade studies. The role requires analyzing static and dynamic structural environments using physics-based methods and supporting coupled loads analyses with rockets and spacecraft.

Lead the design, analysis, verification, and validation of flight control systems for next-generation aerospace vehicles, focusing on flap actuation during hypersonic reentry and transonic flight. Develop simulations, conduct performance trade studies, support hardware-in-the-loop and flight testing, integrate systems with multidisciplinary teams, document technical work, and mentor GNC engineers.
