Owns the design, installation, integration, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure for TeraWave vehicle test benches and Flatsats. Responsibilities include rack wiring, harness fabrication, hardware and EGSE integration, power and signal verification, grounding and shielding, ESD compliance, anomaly investigation, documentation, and DFM/DFT feedback. The role collaborates with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams to support scalable, high-rate aerospace production.

Develops and executes spacecraft verification and functional test procedures across vehicle test benches, Flatsat, and HIL environments. Responsibilities include configuring test benches, operating ground support equipment, monitoring telemetry, documenting results, reporting anomalies, authoring test reports, maintaining configuration control, coordinating test campaigns, and improving procedures and test coverage. The role works with subsystem engineers in a controlled aerospace test environment.

Supports spacecraft verification and functional testing on vehicle test benches, Flatsat, and hardware-in-the-loop environments. Executes procedures, configures test equipment, records results, documents anomalies, maintains ESD and configuration controls, and assists with readiness reviews and hardware setup. Works under senior engineer guidance while developing test infrastructure, bench-operation, ground-support-equipment, and data-interpretation skills for satellite production.

Own hardware reliability tracking for the TeraWave satellite communications program. Lead FMEA/FMECA activities, analyze test anomalies, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. Develop production acceptance criteria, qualification analyses, reliability growth tracking, and test escape prevention processes. Maintain reliability metrics and dashboards, coordinate preventive maintenance for test equipment, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support high-rate satellite production and program design reviews.

Develop high-fidelity, real-time hardware emulation software for TeraWave satellite systems. Responsibilities include creating device drivers and hardware models, integrating vehicle simulations with emulation platforms, developing automated tests, validating emulated systems against flight hardware, and debugging software-hardware interface discrepancies. The role requires embedded systems, real-time operating systems, C/C++, Python, digital communication protocols, and hardware-in-the-loop simulation experience.

Leads end-to-end development of space-rated avionics and power hardware, including requirements, schematic and PCB design, controller algorithms, testing, qualification, production support, and flight integration. Performs power integrity, reliability, radiation, and worst-case analyses; supports hardware validation and defect disposition. Collaborates cross-functionally, reviews designs and documentation, manages product configurations, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads electrical software testing for TeraWave spacecraft avionics, from requirements and test planning through qualification, acceptance, integration, and flight support. Develops procedures, automation, instrumentation, data acquisition infrastructure, and scalable ground support equipment. Leads electrical and RF test campaigns, anomaly investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and production teams. Drives production readiness through test-time, yield, and anomaly metrics.
