Coordinate monthly legal billing cycle for assigned attorneys: prepare and finalize invoices, verify accuracy, apply adjustments, submit via e-billing vendors, respond to billing inquiries, maintain billing systems and reports, and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with client guidelines.

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Taxation and Partner Compensation team, preparing and reconciling partner compensation and tax documents (including K-1s), managing partner account reconciliations and true-up calculations, supporting year-end equity reconciliations, Partner Loan Program administration, and coordinating tax return and audit communications under senior supervision.

The Conflicts Counsel will address conflicts of interest in legal practices, maintain records, and ensure compliance with professional conduct rules. Responsibilities include drafting waivers, evaluating conflict issues, and training staff.
