Lead and scale a global sales development function to generate pipeline and revenue. Own inbound/outbound strategy, AI-enabled workflows, sales technology selection, ABM and intent-data-driven prospecting, cross-functional GTM alignment, and recruitment/coaching of a high-performing BDR team to improve conversion and operational efficiency.

Own GTM metrics, dashboards, and operating cadence to drive pipeline reviews, forecasting, and executive reporting. Build and govern Tableau reporting, define KPI logic and CRM data governance, apply AI/automation to RevOps workflows, and enable Sales/Marketing/CS adoption.

The Account Executive will manage qualified inbound leads, drive full-cycle sales, conduct product demos, and develop proposals for SaaS solutions in EHS and compliance industries. They will also expand opportunities and maintain account activity using Salesforce.
