Serve as strategic finance leader for the Osprey brand, owning financial performance, forecasting, scenario modeling, commercial finance, margin and working capital optimization, and talent development while partnering across sales, marketing, supply chain, and corporate FP&A to drive profitable growth.

Manage development, execution, and commercialization of SMU, collaboration, and DTC-exclusive products for Osprey. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track timelines, manage partner/legal agreements, oversee sample and product data, support go-to-market activities, and lead post-launch reviews to drive category objectives.

Lead long-term product strategy and seasonal planning for Osprey travel and lifestyle categories. Drive market research, assortment planning, GTM, costing, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Production. Manage staff, develop departmental plans, support launches, and track market share and trends to grow the category.
