Lead buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for middle-market transactions: manage engagements across the transaction lifecycle, analyze financials (quality of earnings, net working capital), draft diligence reports, manage client relationships, drive business development, meet billing and sales targets, and mentor and develop engagement teams.

Lead design, delivery, and governance of global Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions. Lead development of the group's positioning, propositions, messaging and brand architecture. Partner with creative, legal, People & Culture and market teams to translate strategy into briefs and activation.

Lead end-to-end proposal development for strategic Technology industry pursuits: intake, research, content creation, and submission. Collaborate with subject matter experts, pricing, and BD teams to craft tailored executive summaries, methodologies, biographies, and case studies. Use Microsoft Office, proposal systems, and AI tools to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery while maintaining content libraries and templates.

Lead and execute a global analyst relations program: shape analyst narratives, build relationships with firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, TBR), influence evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape), prepare executives, set KPIs, manage budgets/subscriptions, and partner cross-functionally to align analyst, media, and investor messaging.

Manage and optimize Oracle HCM Absence Management for global leave programs. Configure eligibility rules, workflows, integrations, and run testing cycles. Investigate and resolve data/integration issues, support stakeholders and Tier 1 inquiries, lead HRIS workstreams, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance, documentation, and data governance.

Drive Cyber & Risk growth by prospecting and developing C-suite relationships, architecting integrated advisory solutions, leading pursuits, negotiating pricing, and mobilizing cross-functional teams to win and deliver cyber, privacy, compliance, internal audit, and forensic engagements. Own account strategy, proposals, and meet sales targets; partner with marketing and solution leaders to build pipeline and market presence. Travel up to 25%.

Lead origination of new business for Outsourcing Advisory by prospecting, building executive relationships, structuring multi-year outsourcing/managed services deals, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and driving pipeline and revenue growth while positioning GTs advisory and technology-enabled solutions.
