Supports USSF space test and training capabilities through feasibility studies, mission engineering, CONOPS, requirements management, systems integration, verification, validation, acquisition, fielding, and sustainment. Collaborates with government, engineering, acquisition, and program stakeholders while aligning technical efforts with PPBE activities. The role integrates cost, schedule, performance, risk management, and PPBE considerations while coordinating with program teams, government stakeholders, and senior DoD leadership.

Supports Space Delta 11 logistics operations through property accountability, asset tracking, inventory management, equipment transfers, shipping and receiving, documentation, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate property records using DoD Accountable Property Systems of Record and prepares DD Form 1149 documentation. Requires three or more years of relevant DoD logistics experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an active Secret clearance.

Provides senior federal acquisition and contracting expertise for USSF and DoD procurement activities. Responsibilities include pre-award and post-award contract actions, acquisition planning, solicitation development, negotiations, source selections, contract modifications, documentation, compliance, and coordination with government, legal, audit, industry, and program stakeholders. The role may serve as Acting Team Lead and requires extensive warranted Contracting Officer experience, FAR and DFARS knowledge, and proficiency with CON-IT and KTFS.

Provides executive-level administrative and logistical support to Space Force senior leaders and a program office. Responsibilities include calendar and correspondence management, meeting coordination, visitor access, readiness data consolidation, facilities and records administration, task tracking in ETMS2, suspense monitoring, notifications, activity reporting, and coordination with government stakeholders. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, relevant DoD or federal support experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent staff officer experience.

Provides senior financial management expertise for DoD and U.S. Air Force programs, including PPBE, POM development, budget execution, funding reconciliation, forecasting, financial reporting, and FIAR compliance. Leads financial documentation and requirements tracking in CCaRS, advises leadership, coordinates with stakeholders, identifies execution risks, and mentors budget personnel in a classified environment.
