Lead client engagements for Insurance (P&C) as the data/AI practice lead, aligning advisory, technology, and operations to design and deliver data modernization, cloud, and AI solutions, drive account growth, mentor teams, and ensure seamless multi-functional delivery across engagements.

Client-facing technical role embedding with enterprise customers to deploy AI models, agentic workflows, and data pipelines into production; build, code, troubleshoot solutions, and provide platform feedback.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows to Snowflake using Azure Data Factory and DBT. Write optimized SQL, monitor and optimize pipeline performance, enforce data quality and governance, and provide technical leadership to junior engineers while collaborating with analysts, architects, and DevOps in cloud environments.

Lead new-logo acquisition for payer clients, driving full sales cycle for large, complex deals.
