Prepare and review mortgage closing documents (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), ensure regulatory and investor compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending), calculate payments/escrows, produce Closing Disclosures, coordinate with loan officers, underwriters and settlement agents, authorize funding, maintain closing pipeline and handle post-closing corrections.
