Provide legal interpretation and guidance on mortgage fees, disclosures, documents, and vendor integrations. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and testing requirements, review system configurations and document outputs for compliance, conduct legal research, document decisions, and partner with Compliance, Technology, Operations, and vendors to resolve issues and support implementations.

Works PST hours supporting West Coast.

Provide income calculations and reviews for Non-QM wholesale loans, interpret and apply investor guidelines, analyze complex tax and financial documents, support loan officers via ticketing/phone/email, create technical documentation and training, and ensure risk, compliance, and underwriting standards are met.

Provide bilingual condo project processing: obtain and verify condo documentation, review project questionnaires, budgets and insurance, prepare approval summaries, submit complete files to underwriters, manage pipeline and LOS documentation, and assist closing/secondary/servicing to clear outstanding items.
