Provides administrative support for post-closing mortgage operations by reviewing investor reports, tracking suspended loans and deadlines, organizing and uploading documentation, coordinating suspense-item cures, preparing closing disclosures and refunds, processing collateral and pay-history requests, monitoring inboxes, and generating reports. Ensures accurate data entry, regulatory compliance, timely loan processing, and communication with internal teams, vendors, investors, and clients.

Processes condominium project documentation for residential mortgage loans, including questionnaires, budgets, insurance, litigation records, and HOA materials. Reviews files for completeness and accuracy, identifies potential issues, prepares approval summaries, submits packages for underwriting, and tracks pipeline turn times. Communicates with HOAs, loan officers, reviewers, agencies, customers, and internal teams to obtain missing documentation and clear outstanding items. Maintains detailed loan records in the LOS and supports closing, secondary, and servicing functions.

Oversee and enhance mortgage Compliance Monitoring and Testing programs, including procedures, test scripts, quality assurance, reporting, and risk assessment. Provide regulatory guidance across lending channels, coordinate regulatory examination and audit file requests, and support Branch Audit activities. The role evaluates control effectiveness, validates findings, escalates deficiencies, coordinates corrective actions, and drives continuous compliance improvements across mortgage operations.

Manage the Non-Funded Support Team ensuring timely dispositioning, regulatory compliance (ECOA, FCRA, adverse action), oversight of LOS pipelines, JIRA-based risk lifecycle tasks, UAT and post-implementation validation, and act as primary stakeholder for audits, exams, and compliance inquiries.

Leads compliance operations, testing, quality assurance, branch audits, regulatory monitoring, examination readiness, and corrective-action validation for a mortgage lender. Oversees compliance metrics, testing methodologies, standard procedures, reporting, audit responses, and regulatory risk mitigation. Partners with Legal, Technology, and business leaders to strengthen controls while managing and developing domestic and offshore teams.

Provides strategic oversight of mortgage post-closing suspense and compliance issue management. Leads risk-based issue identification, escalation, remediation, root-cause analysis, corrective action validation, regulatory examination support, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Partners across compliance, regulatory change management, quality control, internal audit, and operations to strengthen the Compliance Management System and prevent recurring deficiencies.

Manages the Bond Post Closing Team, overseeing loan pipelines, aged loans, escalations, investor rebuttals, MCC and bond program compliance, staff performance, training, and process improvements. The role interprets federal, state, and investor requirements, maintains condition sets and training materials, analyzes defects and trends, resolves complex post-closing issues, and collaborates with internal departments and bond investors.

Coordinates user acceptance testing for technical updates, serving as liaison among technology teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Develops test plans and cases, tracks defects in JIRA, validates production changes, communicates testing outcomes, and supports process improvements, training materials, audits, and company announcements. Ensures solutions meet business requirements, compliance expectations, and user needs within established SLAs.

Coordinates resolution of investor-identified loan conditions after closing. Reviews loan files, researches suspense items, obtains and uploads corrective documentation, communicates with investors, clients, and internal departments, and monitors loan pipelines for timely purchase. Maintains knowledge of agency and investor guidelines, identifies salability and warehouse-line risks, prepares post-consummation disclosures and refund checks, and tracks condition status through investor sites and the loan origination system.

Review mortgage applications and documentation within 24 hours, evaluate borrower eligibility using investor guidelines and AUS (DU/LP), render and document guideline‑aligned pre-approval decisions, coordinate action plans with Loan Advisors, consult underwriting when needed, prepare files for lock/contract processing, and support audit, coaching, and rework diagnosis.
