Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts across voice, chat, email and text to sell and support Blue Stream Fiber products and services, set up or transfer service, document sales, meet KPIs, resolve customer issues, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Drive subscriber growth and product penetration through in-person, field-based sales in assigned MDU communities. Conduct door-to-door outreach, community events, and property engagement; onboard customers; manage orders in ICOMS; partner with account managers and property teams to upsell, support launches, and improve customer experience.

Lead revenue operations and analytics to ensure accurate reporting, scalable systems, and cross-functional execution. Build executive dashboards, drive revenue planning and forecasting, optimize CRM and reporting tools, manage sales compensation and GTM processes, and lead initiatives to improve conversion, reduce timelines, and support executive decision-making.
