Owns financial performance, margin, revenue, backlog, billing, cash, and cost outcomes across a North American client portfolio. Partners with account and delivery leaders on profitable growth, pricing, bids, renewals, forecasting, and commercial risk. Leads project controllers, accountants, and billers; ensures financial controls, reporting accuracy, billing discipline, WIP management, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Lead complex FDOT and municipal transportation programs from pursuit through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and multidisciplinary teams. Build and mentor a transportation team, oversee hiring and resource planning, advise clients, support business development, and strengthen market growth. The role requires collaboration with internal and external partners, executive communication, and leadership across planning, design, right-of-way, and public safety functions.

Lead client relationships and account growth for Software & Internet clients across the Americas. Oversee portfolio performance, forecasting, margin targets, pipeline hygiene, pursuit approvals, and master service agreements. Mentor account team, manage escalations, run client business reviews, and identify opportunities for new or expanded services to increase share of wallet.

Lead sector portfolio strategy and client engagement for Internet & Software clients across the Americas. Support Account and Client Portfolio Managers to grow revenue, improve margins, execute client business plans, mentor teams, pursue new commercial models, manage pipeline and ensure portfolio financial targets are met. Represent Arcadis at events and act as a market thought leader.
