Lead North America accounting operations (US, Mexico, Canada), ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, FAR/CAS. Oversee month-end close, GL, reconciliations, audits, tax collaboration, cash and AP/AR support. Drive ERP (Oracle Cloud) implementations, process transformation, internal controls, and automation. Mentor account team, manage escalations, run client business reviews, and identify opportunities for new or expanded services to increase share of wallet.

Lead sector portfolio strategy and client engagement for Internet & Software clients across the Americas. Support Account and Client Portfolio Managers to grow revenue, improve margins, execute client business plans, mentor teams, pursue new commercial models, manage pipeline and ensure portfolio financial targets are met. Represent Arcadis at events and act as a market thought leader.

Provide high-quality transactional legal review and support for commercial contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, negotiation, risk and insurance analysis, and implementation of internal risk/business policies. Manage multiple contract review projects independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with stakeholders, and support contract management systems and industry-standard contract forms.

Manage US state and local tax compliance and planning for Arcadis North America, including return review, apportionment, payments, reconciliations, audits, and legislative tracking. Support quarterly IFRS-based tax reporting (IAS 12), uncertain tax positions, and cross-functional tax accounting, while leveraging AI and automation tools and partnering with outside consultants.

Lead drainage engineering for roadway projects including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert and closed drainage design, pond design, erosion control, construction plans, cost estimates, reports, QC, proposal/marketing support, team mentoring, and management of up to five engineers using specialized hydrologic and hydraulic software.

Design and lead process-mechanical tasks for industrial water/wastewater projects: prepare drawings, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, reports, coordinate disciplines, support construction, perform site evaluations and field testing.
