Remote with ~20% travel.

Lead multiple complex electronic product development projects from scope through delivery. Owns block- and system-level verification for ASIC and FPGA designs, including test planning, UVM and formal environments, assertions, constrained-random testing, behavioral models, coverage closure, regression automation, and debugging. The role leads multiple verification projects, collaborates with designers and architects, reports progress, and advises external clients on verification strategy. Work is fully remote with possible domestic and international travel.

Own complete RF subsystems from architecture through characterized, manufacturable hardware, including frequency planning, transmit and receive chain design, RF modeling, microwave component selection, digital signal-path configuration, PCB layout collaboration, calibration features, and laboratory verification. The role supports communications, radar, SatCom, GNSS, software-defined radio, and other client applications, while providing technical leadership and customer interaction.

Design and deliver complex FPGA and CPLD systems using RTL, integrated IP, simulations, timing closure, and lab debugging.
