Build and ship production LLM capabilities on AWS Bedrock for clinical, client success, and member experience teams. Develop OCR, extraction, summarization, retrieval, decision-support, and workflow automation features; establish AI evaluations and reliability practices; and build Python/FastAPI applications with MySQL, AWS, and server-rendered front ends. Maintain healthcare data integrations, testing, CI, PHI protections, and clear technical documentation.

Build and maintain Python services, REST APIs, batch jobs, shared libraries, claims workflows, and internal applications. Develop maintainable, unit-tested code; write SQL for MySQL databases; participate in design, code review, deployment, and production support; and collaborate across departments.
