Own day-to-day creator campaign execution and roster management, including building campaign rosters, maintaining accurate creator and campaign data, communicating with creators through Zendesk, escalating issues, and collaborating with customer success, Product, Finance, and RevOps. The role manages approximately 20–30 campaigns monthly, follows established SOPs, assesses creator-brand fit, and identifies process improvements in a remote, evolving environment.

Lead Client Success, Creator Operations, and Creator Acquisition functions to drive retention, expansion, and supply growth. Scale teams, set KPIs (NPS, retention, TAT, margin), partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Engineering, and improve creator sourcing, onboarding, and network strategy to meet demand while protecting margin.

Lead and build a measurement function from scratch: design infrastructure, write SQL and dashboards, define reporting playbooks, drive early insights, set pre-sale success metrics, own first- and third-party data, productize measurement as revenue, and hire and scale a technical measurement pod.
