Drive enterprise sales for NiCE Cognigy’s AI platform across the U.S. market. Build pipeline, generate ARR, manage direct and partner-led sales cycles, develop account plans, coordinate RFP/RFI responses, and close complex enterprise deals. The role requires engaging senior executives, communicating deal structures and ROI, collaborating with internal teams and channel partners, and representing Cognigy at industry events.

Leads customer success for strategic enterprise accounts by driving adoption, retention, customer health, ROI, and long-term value. Serves as a trusted executive advisor, coordinates cross-functional resources, manages escalations and SLAs, conducts business and technology reviews, and facilitates technical troubleshooting. The role also mentors peers, improves processes, and supports strategic account and renewal planning.

Customer-facing implementation engineer responsible for configuring and deploying NICE/contact-center solutions, performing technical architecture, database design, integration and occasional programming, leading projects end-to-end, conducting business analysis, and mentoring junior staff to ensure successful client engagements.
