The L3 Systems Engineer will provide full-time remote support for Microsoft-centric environments, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud and server systems. Manage a portfolio of MSP clients as primary technical contact: run TBRs/QBRs, produce action plans, create quotes and scopes, coordinate internal teams, surface risks, and assist the CTO with standards and account planning.
