Develop new business for Sentinel Group’s retirement plan record-keeping and third-party administration services across the Mountain West. Build advisor and center-of-influence relationships, prospect through multiple channels, qualify opportunities, maintain a balanced pipeline, present solutions, and establish long-term client partnerships. The role requires strong knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans, ERISA regulations, plan design, sales tools, and CRM systems, with required travel for in-person meetings.
