Oversee inverter development from prototype to production, working on hardware for integrated motor drives, leading schematic design, and optimizing wide-bandgap power stages.

Develop and scale manufacturing processes from prototype to production for advanced electric motors. Own process development, tooling and fixture design, production readiness, capacity planning, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality, throughput, and manufacturability.

Work directly with the CEO to translate strategy into execution across finance, operations, BD, and investor relations. Build financial models, own Notion as system of record, create dashboards and AI-driven automation, support sales and fundraising, prepare investor and board materials, and lead cross-functional projects that remove operational bottlenecks.
