Generate and develop a personal client base through prospecting, referrals, phone outreach, and appointment scheduling. Conduct in-person sales presentations at clients’ offices or homes, learn to measure and fit custom garments, and provide ongoing advisory service to cultivate repeat business. Manage daily office and field schedules, apply feedback and business-development practices, and pursue commission, bonus, and leadership opportunities.

In-office SDR responsible for prospecting, lead nurturing, and appointment setting using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach. Make 85+ dials/day with a goal of 20–25 appointments/week, support an assigned Sales Professional, conduct client research, assist with customer communications, participate in structured training, and have potential to transition to a full Sales Professional role. Compensation includes hourly wage plus commissions (up to $3,500–$4,000/month).
