Serves as a strategic and hands-on HR business partner for U.S. leaders and employees. Responsibilities include manager coaching, workforce and organizational planning, employee relations, onboarding, engagement, benefits and leave administration, open enrollment, compliance across multiple jurisdictions, vendor management, recruitment support, and benefits data analysis. The role is on-site in Denver and supports teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, onboarding, employee check-ins, routine employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS/ATS data maintenance. Serve as a responsive People support contact for Denver and U.S.-based employees while collaborating with a globally distributed team. Handle sensitive information discreetly, support compliance with U.S. employment regulations, and contribute to cross-functional People initiatives.

Lead a team of analysts delivering strategic analytics and business intelligence solutions. Establish data quality, governance, documentation, KPI, and reporting standards; oversee reconciliation and complex analyses; guide visualization and analytics practices; evaluate tools and automation opportunities; manage the team roadmap and performance metrics; and coach analysts while partnering with executives and stakeholders.

Own and refine TechInsights' proprietary Compute AI model combining teardown, reverse-engineering, costing, and market data. Maintain end-to-end market models for SoC and AI accelerators, apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, document methodology, publish technical insights, mentor junior analysts, and present findings to clients and executives. Support select client engagements as subject matter expert.

Lead and manage corporate tax compliance across U.S. federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions; direct global transfer pricing program; oversee tax filings, provisions, and audits; support M&A tax due diligence and entity integrations; develop tax strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities.
