The Neurology Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in diagnostics through relationship-building, targeting new business, and providing support to existing accounts in the Neurology therapeutic area.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team, including scheduling meetings, updating work requests, formatting documents, assisting with shipping/fulfillment, resolving customer service issues, mitigating risks, and supporting ongoing projects and general office duties to ensure deadlines and team objectives are met.

The Physician Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in diagnostics through relationship building, targeting new business, and managing accounts in a field-based role.

Lead mid- and upper-funnel paid media strategy and execution (paid social, display, video, CTV). Drive measurement, incrementality testing, and performance insights; partner cross-functionally on creative and landing pages; manage a Senior Specialist and scale channel innovation using AI and automation.

Manage and grow consumer testing partnerships end-to-end: source and close deals, negotiate contracts, onboard and account-manage partners, analyze partner performance, liaise with product/ops/clinical/engineering, and drive process improvements and executive-facing insights.

Enable and implement DevSecOps practices: design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, integrate security tools, support cloud container platforms, troubleshoot DevSecOps platforms, collaborate with product and cloud teams, and promote Agile/DevSecOps adoption across the organization.

Coordinate implementation and lifecycle service of Quest Diagnostics connectivity products, managing installations, backend LIS configuration, HL7 and data feeds, vendor/client communication, training, troubleshooting, scheduling, and post-installation validation to ensure client satisfaction.

Lead architect and SME for Epic interoperability: design complex interfaces (bidirectional, FHIR APIs, cloud services), drive enterprise interface projects, resolve Cloverleaf/Bridges issues, maintain standards and KPIs, liaise with clinical teams and vendors, and mentor analysts.

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound billing calls, research and resolve billing disputes and correspondence, process adjustments/refunds with collection coordinators, navigate Quest billing systems and web tools, follow SOPs/HIPAA compliance, meet production and quality standards, and support internal customers for timely billing resolutions.

Manage and grow enterprise customer accounts by resolving service issues, supporting sales growth, conducting business reviews, building relationships, providing clinical education, partnering with internal teams (Operations, IT, Billing, Pricing, Customer Solutions), and ensuring compliance. Perform forecasting, administrative tasks, and timely communications while traveling periodically nationwide.
