Design, build, deploy, and operate production machine learning systems for personalization, recommendations, optimization, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement. Build reusable ML platforms, pipelines, and tooling; manage model monitoring, quality, drift detection, retraining, governance, and reliability. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to productionize models, make architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership through mentorship, reviews, and engineering standards.

Lead and develop a 12-person multidisciplinary data organization spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, machine learning engineering, and support. Set technical direction for the data platform, improve scalability and reliability, automate workflows, guide architecture, and integrate data and machine learning capabilities into products. Establish priorities, support go-to-market teams, manage performance and career development, hire effectively, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and company leadership.

Build and deploy machine learning and experimentation systems for personalization, ranking, targeting, attribution, and causal measurement. Develop features and pipelines from transaction and behavioral data, design A/B tests, productionize models with engineering teams, and improve recommendation systems. Translate analytical results into business insights tied to conversion, retention, lift, and ROI while owning projects from problem framing through post-launch evaluation.

Lead product strategy for Kard’s data and internal developer platforms across data, ML, analytics, engineering enablement, and infrastructure teams. Translate transaction data and platform capabilities into customer and commercial value through personalization, targeting, measurement, decisioning, and partner integrations. Define reusable platform capabilities, improve self-service and reliability, shape cross-functional bets, align stakeholders, and coach product leaders while balancing scale, security, privacy, compliance, and business impact.

Provide ad-hoc data and reporting support to Sales and internal teams using SQL, Databricks/Count, and spreadsheets. Clarify requirements, investigate discrepancies, resolve basic data issues, support routine data operations, and create reusable queries/reports and documentation to enable self-service.

As Measurement Lead, you will manage high-stakes customer discussions about campaign results, write SQL for data analysis, build dashboards, and collaborate with various teams to enhance Kard's measurement approach.
