Recruit and onboard reps, partner with SDRs and RevOps, build metrics and dashboards, design and iterate sales plays, and use AI (Claude) for analyses and enablement. Collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Product and contribute to sales strategy and forecasting.

Act as the first point of contact for prospective small and mid-sized wellness studios. Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, social, and SMS; qualify leads; book demos for AEs; maintain HubSpot records; collaborate with marketing; and nurture prospects until ready to convert.
