Act as the connective tissue between senior GTM leaders and stakeholders to keep engagements moving and scale proposal turnaround and account intelligence.

The AI Solutions Account Executive will manage enterprise sales cycles, engage with C-suite executives, develop strategic proposals, and deepen market expertise in the CPG and Retail sectors to drive AI adoption and sales growth.

Partner with managers across US, Israel, and Europe to drive team health, performance, onboarding, offboarding, and hiring. Maintain People systems and data integrity (Rippling, Ashby, Notion), run performance cycles and engagement rhythms, support workforce planning with COO/Finance, and serve as first point of contact for employee questions while building scalable people programs.
