The Sr. Data Analyst will turn healthcare data into insights, design dashboards, automate reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve analytics frameworks.

Lead company-wide FP&A including annual and multi-year planning, rolling forecasts, cash runway, and multi-scenario modeling. Deliver board-ready reporting, KPI dashboards, and strategic recommendations. Own marketplace metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV), build scalable FP&A systems (NetSuite, BI tools), and design the FP&A team while partnering with executives on capital strategy and investor communications.
