Leads global chapter officer training and regional leadership summit initiatives. Develops learning frameworks, curricula, content standards, and delivery models; manages facilitators, subject matter experts, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders. Oversees in-person and virtual learning experiences, evaluates participation and outcomes, analyzes trends, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with regional teams, volunteer leaders, and organizational stakeholders to strengthen chapter officer readiness and leadership effectiveness.
