Supports recruitment, onboarding through termination, employee relations, benefits, wellness programs, policy guidance, HR data and reporting, training records, and office culture initiatives. Provides HR support to employees and managers while coordinating with corporate HR and office leadership. Maintains accurate records and assists with events, professional licensing, certifications, and mentorship programs.
