Provide on-site and remote desktop and network support across multiple Texas manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot systems, assist with virtualization (Hyper-V, Veeam, VMware), deploy/configure assets, support backup/DR, document procedures, and handle after-hours requests while collaborating on IT projects.
