Own revenue reporting, analytics, and optimization across sales, renewals, partners, and services. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, improve data quality and definitions, and produce monthly executive/shareholder management packs. Partner cross-functionally to identify revenue leakage, set KPIs, support forecasting, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Provide remote, Pacific Time client support for One Legal users: resolve inquiries via phone and written communication, maintain Salesforce records, guide clients through the platform, advocate for product improvements, meet KPIs, assist onboarding, and contribute to operational improvements and de-escalation.
