Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to financial advisors and other prospects. Research users, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate HubSpot records, collaborate with RevOps on targeting and sequencing, and share market feedback. The role carries a revenue-based quota and involves testing and optimizing a 45-day multichannel outreach process.

Build and lead Koyfin’s Revenue Operations function from scratch. Own HubSpot administration, integrations, data quality, enrichment, funnel definitions, lead scoring, dashboards, forecasting, test validation, and outbound messaging. Partner closely with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership to improve sales motions, validate experiments, optimize messaging performance, and establish scalable processes and reporting infrastructure.
