Leads the Strategy Execution and Transformation Office, translating enterprise strategy into prioritized initiatives, managing the strategic portfolio, aligning executive stakeholders, resolving tradeoffs, and driving organizational change and adoption. The role oversees sequencing, resources, governance, execution outcomes, communications, and team development while partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.

Leads execution of enterprise, internal, external, and change communications. Owns newsletters, All Hands messaging, organizational announcements, campaigns, leadership materials, FAQs, toolkits, videos, and other content. Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to support transformations, technology implementations, and strategic initiatives. Manages communication workflows, stakeholder approvals, calendars, channels, and measurement while using AI and automation to improve effectiveness. Develops leader communication resources and supports broader strategic communications growth.
