Travel 85–95% to customer properties nationwide and internationally to implement hospitality software. Configure systems, barcode and map hotel equipment, train staff, troubleshoot technical issues, manage implementation timelines and documentation, and coordinate handoffs with sales and customer success teams. The role is fully remote when not traveling, requires proximity to a major international airport, physical mobility throughout hotel properties, strong communication, adaptability, and technical aptitude.

Provides foundational technical support for software customers by resolving basic tickets, troubleshooting with SQL, reviewing C# code, validating data, documenting issues, and supporting client calls. Collaborates with product and development teams, applies AI tools responsibly, maintains process documentation, and develops technical and customer service skills under senior guidance.
