Own month-end close activities across multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, variance analysis, revenue recognition, tax remittance, and audit support. Maintain GAAP compliance, manage expense reimbursements, resolve accounting issues, improve financial processes, and provide analysis to leadership. The role is onsite in Denver and offered initially as a contract with potential conversion to permanent employment.

Provide part-time CFO leadership to high-growth companies: advise CEOs, lead fundraising and M&A, build financial models, rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards, oversee accounting, controls, audit/tax readiness, and present financial strategy to boards and stakeholders.
