As a Senior Software Engineer at Vanta, you will design and build internal tools for go-to-market teams, focusing on applications that enhance sales and customer engagement, employing modern tech and AI workflows.

Serve as the senior People Business Partner to Post-Sales (Account Management, Customer Success, Support) leadership. Lead org design, headcount planning, performance and compensation programs, employee relations, talent strategy, and change management. Analyze people and customer health data to advise leaders, drive retention and scalability, and partner cross-functionally with Talent, People Ops, Finance, and Recruiting.

As a Senior Applied AI Engineer at Vanta, you'll design and implement AI-powered features, mentor engineers, and ensure AI systems improve customer experience, leveraging LLMs and full-stack development skills.

Lead strategy and execution of Vanta's Alpaca design system to scale across AI-driven products. Extend components and patterns for agent chat/canvas, partner with designers and engineers, define governance and contribution frameworks, drive adoption through education and tooling, mentor designers, and ensure accessibility and high visual craft.

Lead and grow Vanta's design organization, set product design vision and strategy, partner with product and engineering, mentor designers, advance UX and design systems, and apply AI responsibly to amplify design impact.
