Own Vanta’s integrations roadmap and strategy, prioritizing new capabilities across HRIS, identity, cloud, security, and ticketing platforms. Partner with engineering, design, integration partners, customers, and marketing to plan development, maintain existing integrations, gather feedback, and improve discoverability and configuration. Track integration breadth, depth, data availability, and compliance outcomes while coordinating multiple workstreams and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Designs scalable data models, optimized SQL queries, analytics infrastructure, semantic layers, and data applications. Partners with data science, product, engineering, and business teams to enable dashboards, self-service analytics, reporting, and enterprise data-driven decision-making. The role also establishes analytics engineering best practices, improves developer experience, and supports secure, compliant data warehousing.

Lead complex software projects and mentor engineers while building scalable full-stack products for Vanta’s expansion team. Develop purchasing, checkout, upgrade, renewal, billing, and trial experiences that support self-serve growth and revenue automation. Set technical direction, own product functionality and infrastructure, collaborate across teams, and contribute to engineering culture. The role uses TypeScript, React, and Node.js and involves greenfield development in a rapidly scaling startup environment.

Lead Vanta’s nine-person creative team through a global brand refresh and establish the final creative expression across campaigns, web, advertising, events, video, product launches, and other brand surfaces. Build creative systems and operating processes, mentor senior talent, partner cross-functionally, manage agencies, and shape the long-term structure and capabilities of the creative organization.

Build and maintain full-stack features for Vanta’s third-party risk management products, including vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, monitoring workflows, data models, and platform abstractions. Own enterprise net-new customer acquisition and full-cycle sales, closing high-value B2B SaaS deals from prospecting through contract execution. Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, SDRs, and channel partners; engage C-level security and IT buyers; collaborate with legal, product, engineering, solution engineers, and GRC specialists; provide accurate forecasts; consistently achieve quota; and help refine the enterprise go-to-market playbook.
