Generate monthly campaign briefs, collaborate with internal teams on strategy, manage and submit assets for OEM compliance, install proprietary creative on client websites, and support related projects and tasks. Act as reactive point of contact and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Lead and scale Customer Success to ensure outcome-based value realization, improve revenue retention, reduce churn, and enable expansion. Hunt and close net-new enterprise cloud managed and professional services deals. Build and manage a 5:1 pipeline-to-quota, engage C-suite stakeholders, leverage cloud partner ecosystems, use Salesforce for forecasting, collaborate cross-functionally, lead contract negotiations, and travel for customer meetings and events.

Lead technical discovery and design of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, align solutions to business outcomes, support sales throughout the cycle, ensure security/compliance, design networking/connectivity, and coordinate public cloud specialists for deeper scoping.

Lead creation and scaling of RapidScale's partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced revenue and enterprise pipeline. Build alliance strategy, governance, co-sell motions, partner programs, and executive relationships. Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success; measure partnership performance, optimize funding utilization, and grow market reach across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and managed services.
