Provide hands-on HR support for a single manufacturing facility (125–150 employees). Serve as primary HR contact, handle employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, payroll and HRIS administration, benefits and leave (FMLA/ADA) administration, workers' compensation and return-to-work, compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and partner with leadership on workforce planning.

Manage ECRs/ECOs, deviations, and stop-ship activities from initiation through implementation. Maintain BOMs, drawings, and PLM/ERP product data. Coordinate cross-functional change meetings, assess change impacts, track metrics, and drive configuration management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage complex commercial, construction, and government-related litigation in state and federal courts. Develop strategy, draft dispositive motions, take/defend depositions, support trial preparation (second-chair and potential first-chair), advise sophisticated clients, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to business development and firm leadership with a clear path to partnership.
