Identifies opportunities, researches and implements best practices, develops performance metrics, consults internally, and creates enterprise-wide improvement plans. Requires extensive process improvement, planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership experience, with preferred expertise in PBM claims, SQL, Teradata, Python automation, vendor management, Lean Six Sigma, prior authorization, eligibility, and Salesforce.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase adoption of BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. Manage healthcare provider accounts through in-person meetings, call cycles, Salesforce activity tracking, performance analysis, educational support, and reimbursement guidance. Build relationships with providers, clinical teams, coordinators, and pharmaceutical partners; communicate competitive intelligence and business risks; and attend sales meetings, conferences, training, and conventions while traveling throughout Colorado.
