Lead program-level supply chain for complex aerospace/defense programs: supervise SCPMs/SCPCs, develop supply chain plans, sourcing and negotiation strategies, supplier SOWs, risk mitigation, EVM cost/schedule performance, and support proposals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with DoD requirements.

Support GRC activities to build and maintain CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance programs: perform gap analyses, prepare for assessments, translate NIST/DFARS/CMMC requirements into guidance, support contract and supply chain compliance, and collect continuous monitoring data.

Lead design, development, testing, and optimization of advanced RF front-ends and systems for aerospace and defense. Perform propagation modeling, microwave path and interference analysis, frequency planning, test documentation, and mentorship of junior engineers. Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with industry standards and test procedures.

Assist in research, design, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems for aerospace and defense. Support circuit card assemblies, wiring design practices, validation, documentation, and cross-functional design reviews under senior engineer guidance.

Lead design, development, and integration of GN&C algorithms and flight control software for crewed and uncrewed aircraft. Develop Simulink models, architect control laws, oversee simulation and HIL testing, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, produce technical reports, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with program milestones and customer requirements.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for government and commercial customers: plan, organize, and execute IDIQ and task order proposals; lead Proposal Center staff; ensure RFP compliance, quality, pricing volumes (WBS/BOE), reviews, and submissions; participate in capture strategy; supervise hiring, training, and performance; maintain proposal processes and timelines. Requires ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
