Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex hardware integration across multi-disciplinary programs. Act as technical interface between engineering teams, architects, and customers; decompose requirements, develop ICDs and test plans, manage configuration and risk, track schedule/cost using EVM, conduct integration readiness and verification events, and implement continuous process improvements to ensure hardware baseline integrity and successful deliveries.

Lead enterprise-wide transformation to convert bespoke services into scalable, standardized product offerings. Define product strategy and roadmap, productize legacy services, build and manage a product portfolio, embed product management practices, ensure regulatory/security compliance, align cross-functional teams, drive go-to-market and customer adoption, and lead organizational change while building and mentoring product teams.

Lead complex aerospace and defense engineering projects from inception to delivery. Provide technical guidance, manage risks, interface with senior stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, optimize processes, and ensure system design, integration, and requirements management meet program goals.

Lead large-scale IT projects and provide technical oversight for procurement systems (Ivalua S2P). Perform requirement analysis, MSSQL and Python development, ETL and API implementation/support, troubleshoot production issues, monitor business events, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement processes and leverage AI capabilities.

Manage and lead mechanical engineering teams through program execution for ISR/aviation systems. Oversee design, documentation, approvals, staffing, scheduling, budgets, risk mitigation, process improvement, training, and talent development while ensuring engineering output meets program requirements and security clearance standards.

Lead AI architecture strategy and implementation across products and portfolios. Define target architectures, roadmaps, reference designs, and MVAs; mentor architects; evaluate vendors and emerging technologies; ensure enterprise alignment, governance, and integration while collaborating with senior leadership and PMO.

Lead capture and business development for large Aerospace & Defense opportunities: develop/execute capture strategies, assess markets, engage senior stakeholders, build teams, drive proposals from identification through award, and mentor junior staff.
