The role translates client requirements into actionable tasks and requires SQL, relational database, Oracle, Unix, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills.

Lead a team that manages master and client data operations, driving data quality, process improvements, automation, backlog and project execution, performance metrics, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, accurate data delivery and operational scalability.

Provide standard and ad hoc client reports, run routine reports and preliminary data analysis, participate in client meetings, shadow Client Relationship Managers, coordinate with internal teams to resolve basic client issues, and learn company services and systematic problem-solving processes to build strong client partnerships.
