Provide remote administrative and operational support to Smart Buildings project teams: coordinate meetings and documentation, prepare reports/proposals, maintain project files and dashboards, assist with invoicing/staffing in Deltek Vision, and support onboarding, process documentation, and Power BI/Excel reporting.
