Performs underwriting and financial analysis for a buy-side debt portfolio, including cash-flow modeling, business valuation, credit analysis, loan application processing, and credit package preparation. Monitors portfolio performance, supports account servicing and credit administration, reviews loan documentation, and presents recommendations to relationship managers and committees. Maintains data integrity in Salesforce and nCino, tracks compliance and financial trends, supports staff development, and collaborates across deal teams.

Provides multi-channel customer support for digital banking, treasury management, payments, disbursements, and money movement products. Processes loan fund disbursements and payments, performs daily balancing, supports product onboarding, monitors case management workflows, identifies compliance and fraud concerns, and escalates issues as needed. Also assists with office operations, vendor coordination, facilities support, and special projects.

Perform financial analysis and due diligence for troubled commercial/agricultural loans; develop credit packages; recommend restructures, extensions, and charge-offs; monitor assigned portfolio; prepare reports; coordinate closings and legal documentation; support training and special projects.
